Okay so Comedy Central played some weird kung-fu movie this weekend and I can't figure out what it was. It was live action but had VERY cartoony effects. Some shit that happened:

1. main hero gets knocked up into the sky and comes back down on his opponent as the "open palm of Buddha striking from the sky" or something

2. cig-smoking old woman has a very powerful scream-based attack

3. hero keeps remembering the past when he tried to defend a girl from bullies taking her lollipop away by using the Buddha palm strike but it didn't work and he got his ass kicked
