Okay, denizens of /u/, let's overclock our goggles.
You can choose one series - anime, manga, tabletop game, videogame, whatever medium you'd talk about here - to yurify (or super-yurify, but that is a highly risky venture for questionable reward) as much or as little as you wish. When I say series, do not be greedy and choose something with multiple unrelated lines of continuity: for instance, you cannot choose the whole of Fire Emblem, though you could pick any set of games with direct continuity, like the sagas of Archanea, Elibe, or Tellius.
Describe what you would to to yurify your series, whether it involves promoting a girl to lead a harem anime, turning some or all males of the series female, rewriting significant portions of your series, writing in a completely new entry to your series, or whatever means you can think of.
Also - and this is important - post a related yuri image of your choice. If you do not have a relevant image, post one for a runner-up choice. If you have nothing at all, or should someone else have what you lack, an image will be provided for you. But try to post something /u/ related at the very least. That means no solo images, regardless of how awesome they are.
Let us hope this goes somewhere. Shall we begin?
