Anonymous
>>11247680 As it was said elsewhere.... tax on items in the US aren't universally applied. They vary from State-to-State, County-to-County and even city-to-city. As in, certain items may be taxed in one place but not in another, and then a tax in one place may be more or less than elsewhere...
The thing is, what is taxed and how much is so different that it's easier for a company to simply just list it's normal price on the price tag... otherwise they'd have to make unique price tags for each item in each city, county and state.... and it's just not worth the time and effort to account for them all just to correct the minor inconvienence that is "the price on the tag doesn't include tax".
Now I don't know what the situation is like in England, but if the price always includes tax, then chances are that the tax is applied equally across England and there is essentially ZERO regional varience.
To put it in perspective: gasoline prices is the US DOES include tax, because gasoline tax IS applied equally across the nation and the state they're in (as in, there's Federal gas tax and State gas tax) and thus it ISN'T an inconvienence to account for them.

So unless a Bootlegger decided to actually make unique art for their bootleg, I wonder if this IS some kind of beta design. As in, something Nintendo tossed together but later (obviously) abandoned.

OK, I finally got the Pokemon GS CD from
>>11264712 ripped and uploaded. You can download it here:
www.fakecard.com/pokemon/pokemon-gs.cue It's a CUE file, which should be able to burn from any burner app. Needless to say, it's Windows only. It has a digital and audio-CD part; the digital part has an (XP-compatible) program about Pokemon GS as well as some video form a promo tour or something... but I haven't ever listened to the audio part, so I'm not sure what it is. Hopefully it burns properly so you can get both... otherwise I'll try to rip it again.
