What Rainmeter skin is in use in this pic? Where it says "Today is a nice day, and everything is going to work out." is that just on the wallpaper or part of the weather skin?

All I know is I've searched for a while, I see it used in screenshots, but haven't found it yet. Help me out /wg/.
