a) The Anime in English (up till now I've only found it in spanish) The animation is very similar to Ai no Kusabi and it's about gay alien vampires and scientists and something about a bell- I don't know, I can't speak spanish.

and b) a place where I can download the manga titled Kimera and Kimera II. I don't know if it's the manga to the anime, but I still have to have it. I think it's by Kodoka Kazuma or something similar.
