It has something to do with copyright laws. Asian yaoi is under a different system and it's harder to sue or something.

seen some raunchy yaoi of Disney characters, but those might be classed furries and hence inappropriate here. As for lawsuits, famous people drawn in cartoons carry no legal consequences (Falwell vs. Flynt) and that probably goes for cartoons characters too. Go for it.
