As for the second one, they're oly lifters. They dedicated their life to lifting/geymnastics/athletcs/whatever and they've been riding dat bicycle since babby... grams of dat bicycle.

A woman cannot get 'big' naturally. Women naturally have ~1/20th the free testosterone of a man. This greatly inhibits their ability to put on and maintain muscle mass.

You can put on mass, but don't expect it to be anywhere near what someone like Eason or professional female bodybuilders put on without hitting the gear yourself.

The point of fitness and health is to better yourself and bring yourself closer to your potential as a human being. All you are doing is light cardio and a diet that keeps your bf% down. That isn't healthy and cardio doesn't last the same way strength gains do. That part that made my dumb ass fall for it is that you CAN be healthy without excessive fitness. Having a conscious diet (reducing sodium intake (Murrika), simple sugars, more veggies for dem micros, ect) will increase your health, and even just 30 minutes of light cardio once a week (though more is better) will better your cadiovascular health.
