Your color toning almost gives it a perfume-like feel if that makes sense. I love how you kept the darkest values to the eyes and mouth - it makes the viewer's gaze shoot straight to those areas. You may have overdone it just a little bit - I think the difference is a little too obvious. Because my eye is so attracted to her eyes and mouth, I also notice her tongue more than the others which isn't a good thing. Iris work is fairly well done, but I wouldn't have done as much darkening to areas like the rim. I see white vertical line in the camera right sclera. Ear too big/bright. Cross hairs need work. Ear piercing should be removed.
Bonus points for text! Nice choice on the font for the slogan - I think it communicates the intended pricerange/demographic very well. The main font is good too, but not as amazing. The animal testing font seems authentic. The only thing I don't like is that slight gradient that you choose as a backdrop. Because it's so subtle and grey it almost looks like some kind of masking mistake. I'd say push it farther or go without it.
I guess my main problem with yours is the color toning and how you made the eyes and mouth such a strong focal point that it makes it hard to look at the skin at all. Otherwise I like it very much.
