[1386486083] Stunner Steals Show At World Cup Draw

Stunner steals show at World Cup draw

FRENZY: As many as 10 people per second around the globe were tweeting about Ms Fernanda Lima, co-host of the draw for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The world's football elite gathered to witness the draw of next year's World Cup to be hosted by Brazil.

But taking the limelight away from names such as Ronaldo and Pete, present at the event in Costa Do Sauipe, was one of the hosts of the show.

Stunning Fernanda Lima, 36, a Brazilian model and actress, sent social media website Twitter into a frenzy, the Mail Online reported.

According to reports, as many as 10 people per second around the globe were tweeting about Ms Lima, who impressed as she strode onto the stage in a gold dress showing her cleavage, and matching heels.

Perhaps Ms Lima had colour co-ordinated her outfit with the glittering gold World Cup trophy, which stood on a plinth on the stage.

Some netizens took to Twitter to describe Ms Lima as "the real winner at the World Cup draw".

Another post said: "The best part of the draw is surely watching Fernanda Lima #world-draw."

Said another: "In fairness Fernanda Lima did a good job on the World Cup draw. Hmm, why can't I remember (the countries each) group consists off?"

The Mirror reported that she is known in Brazil for appearing on game shows, and has also appeared in Brazilian films.

She presented the show with her long-time partner Rodrigo Hilbert. They shot to fame after filming a raunchy Brazilian commercial for a water-based personal lubricant.

But her appearance during the event kicked up a row. A Sao Paulo state prosecutor asked football's world governing body Fifa and the company it hired to organise Friday's draw to explain why it chose Ms Lima and Mr Hilbert to present the televised show, instead of two darker-skinned people.

Said Fifa in a statement: "The selection of Fernanda Lima and Rodrigo Hilbert was mainly based on the positive experience made during the launch of the Official Emblem and the Preliminary Draw.

"Fifa's stance against any form of discrimination and racism, which is even enshrined in our various regulations amongst others, is well known."

[1386955369] Testosterone

This presentation is super controversial.

The guy has proof that over 11,000 guys have shot their testosterone through the roof without chemicals, supplements, gels or injections.

The TRUTH about testosterone : http://www.mydangerousexperiment.com/tr67/vsl5vicpwc

If it's true, then you can start raising your T levels to what they were 20 years ago.

And you can start tonight, with spike beginning tomorrow morning.

But the guy is getting huge pressure to take this video down due to Big Pharma pressures.

I would check it out right now (it's very controversial and you may want to watch the volume if you're at work)

Poker Millionaire player caught cheating

LUCKY? Professional poker player Archie Karas faces up to three years' jail for his crimes.

A WORLD-renowned professional poker player who had reputedly built a beginning stake of US$50 into a US$40 million fortune has been arrested for marking cards.

Archie Karas was seen marking cards at a California blackjack table.

The 62-year-old had amassed his fortune during a record three-year winning streak.

He was taken into custody last Tuesday at his Las Vegas home, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office said last Friday.

He will be extradited to San Diego to face a criminal complaint filed last week, charging him with burglary, winning by fraudulent means and cheating, the prosecutor's office said.

If convicted, Karas, whose real name is Anargyros Karabourniotis, faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison.

"This defendant's luck ran out thanks to extraordinary cooperation between several different law enforcement agencies who worked together to investigate and prosecute this case," said county District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis.

Tiny smudges

According to prosecutors, Karas was spotted by surveillance cameras marking cards - using tiny smudges of dye secretly wiped onto the backs of jacks, queens, kings and aces - while playing blackjack in July at the native Indian-owned Barona Resort and Casino in Lakeside, California.

The marks gave him an unfair advantage by helping him identify the value of cards before they were dealt as he chose whether to take another card, or hold, in an effort to reach the winning value of 21 without going over, prosecutors said.

The scheme worked so well that he managed to cheat the casino out of more than US$8,000 before he was caught, district attorney's office spokesman Steve Walker said.

California Justice Department spokesman Michelle Gregory said Karas was doing the marking with dye inserted into a hollowed-out gambling chip that he would inconspicuously swipe over the cards while playing through a deck.

A search warrant executed on Karas's home turned up hollowed-out chips from other casinos, but so far no other gambling establishments have lodged complaints against him, Ms Gregory said.

But authorities said Karas had been accused of cheating before.

"The Nevada Gaming Control Board has investigated Karas on multiple occasions resulting in four arrests," said Mr Kar Bennison, the agency's enforcement chief.

"Karas has been a threat to the gaming industry in many jurisdictions." - Reuters.
