"Puny, stupid, simple waste of carbon atoms. You believe you understand what transpires around you? You believe you understand the universe and it's true meaning? Your actions were predetermined from the day you were born, a slave to physical laws and logic. We are beyond laws and logic, your atoms, thoughts and values mean nothing here. Your feeble attempts to comprehend the infinite world around you is twisting and rending your mind and will leave nothing but void. I see all possible worlds that could ever exist or not exist. I am the giver, I am the taker. I create all and destroy all. You are but a passing thought, believing it is a true being. I am your author."
The frigid, cold void between the universe and the great beyond, where all time lines intersect.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQB3APdnfB4Kinda a story I was working on, about a character trying to stop time from 'freezing', but learns he is actually a story and the author is losing interest in continuing the story, thus causing the freeze. It all ends with kinda fucked up philosophical implications whether a simulated reality is real or not.(And the main character "fighting" the author is pretty much the author having a serious case of Dissociative Identity Disorder)
I apologize for my horrible writing
