I did the opposite, I played Dragon Age 2 after watching /v/ go full on autistic rage mode about it.

its good but gets repetitive, the graphics are superb after the directX11 megatexture update, and it can be set up so its not in retarded console mode.

its nowhere near worst game of the year though, so when I see /v/ have a spoilt brat tantrum again (like with Rage now) i'll ignore it and do my own research.

asking 13 year old brats for gaming advice isnt a good idea.

What? I'm fairly certain that is the point of any video game. Or at least any good game. It's supposed to get progressively more difficult as the game goes and it needs to challenge your newly learned skills in different ways.

In fact in God Hand it's quite the opposite. Any intelligent person could make good movesets and use exploitable A.I to make the game a bit easier near the end of the game.

OK, im not going to lie and say the game is bugless(although i cut it some slack cuz its made by a TINY russian studio), but really? its FAR from unplayable. its the most stable out of the whole trilogy, and SoC vanilla was even very playable. i ecountered zero game-breaking bugs. most of them were very minor

How much of it did you play? For the most part the writing is quite a cut above most other Final Fantasy games, even most JRPGs, despite the deceptively "cute" character design.

Meh sidequests like GO HERE AND LOOK AT THIS/KILL X OF THIS rather than THE MECHANIST AND ANTOGONIZER ARE TERORIZING OUR TOWN
The game is almost linear due to invisible walls you should be able to pass and the deathclaw/cazadores areas. Seriously, WHY limit your path in a Fallout game?

I dunno, it's just not engaging me. I don't like staying in the same area in any game; it's boring for me. I know I'm going to different areas in the same place, but it's not the same. It limits the universe horribly. Even if the textures and scenery changed every once in a while, I would still feel that way, but they don't even do that.

The fights aren't really challenging, and they all feel the same.

It's not a horrible game, but I'm not seeing the beauty in it. I still plan on playing the second game, as they are pretty widely acclaimed games, and I don't want to miss out on the story by skipping straight to the second.

And it was amazing
I never actually got to beat it since I couldn't get past the first day, but the first day was a beautiful work of art and with every strep tree link too, I felt something. In here. Later I watched this let's play of it (the guy playing it was named SireLionHeat or something, he's pretty obscure) to see what happened next but got bored halfway through. Still the best game ever and I thank /v/ for recommending it to me.

I had stopped playing Zelda after OoT, until I saw /v/ ranting about these like they were the greatest VIDEO GAMES of all time. Needless to say, I was disappointed. MM was pretty mediocre, the masks were just reskins of existing items, and there was very little actual game content. Well, Anonymous and all. But everything he said about it was pretty much how I ended up feeling about it too. Despite being Naruto bullshit, the mechanics are actually pretty solid and it's a pretty damn good game. Singleplayer is a little eh, but it's great to fight against my roommates in.

Made me wish CyberConnect 2 would improve on the mechanics and make an original fighter or something. Instead we get Asura's Wrath which looks pretty mediocre.
