Why are people freaking out over this? Valve has no security for the lobby (all their pictures are from the lobby), anyone can walk in and look around, just go to the 5th floor. Valve does not consist of the entire building posted, it's only a few floors, 4-5, they are expanding it. I've actually toured Valves offices and seen them working (well actually they were playing games and not really developing). It was pretty cool, lots of cool stuff like models for TF2 characters (e.g. white demoman, black sniper). Receptionist doesn't look anything like Olivia Wilde, she is blonde and not that hot. Has a nice body/ass though. Pic related, it's from when I was there walking around meeting the team.

But you want to be careful about using it all up at once. It's the only time off you get, so most people who get vacation time save a week or so of it to take a day at ta time for obligations outside work during the work week. There's doctors appointments, family emergencies, etc. that you have to plan for, those all take vacation days. If you have some days left over, and they're going to expire, you can squeeze in a couple 3 day weekends.
But you eurofags couldn't possibly comprehend the American work ethic.
