Its a Pokeball with MewThree inside of it. There is only one way to get it though, you have to have Surf.
To get it you have to all the Pokemon Centers in all the towns and use surf on all the Pokeballs, and you have to do all of them 3 times, but cant do 2 PC's in a row.
The hard part?
You cant use fly or your bike, or it will reset.
