But in this case it's in a forum post, + it's a copypaste of a well known meme on the internet.
The analogy to be more precise would be like if you were joking around at the back of the school with your friend saying stupid shit about how you would do unlawful stuff, and then a police came and arrested you, obviously you were just joking with your friend that was right beside you, it isn't the same as going in an airport and claiming to have a bomb.
