>>128200712If you have an unstable internet connection you're in the right when complaining about it. It's not my intention, but I'm gonna get you pissed now.
I want the cash shop.I have absolutely no way to verify whether an item some random schmuck uses was bought with real money, with gold, traded or just found. Since there's no way for me to verify it, I don't give a damn. Someone, somewhere found it off a monster or boss originally. The item just switched owners. Not knowing if whoever using that item is the original owner of it or not doesn't affect me in the slightest.
People traded shit all the time in D2, whether it was item-item trades, using SoJs, d2jsp or whatever. Being able to trade shit for gold on an AH that makes the trading process faster and easier is something I'm excited about actually. And to be honest, I'm just really curious about just how much money you could potentially make from selling stuff on the RMAH.
Blizz are obviously pushing the always online because they want to expose people to the AH. So, they're willing to risk losing customers over that for the gain of having people using the AH. Based on that, I'd say they're expecting quite a lot of money flow from the AH.
