Actually it does. I am currently attending university and have never paid taxes in my life because I haven't had a job yet. So all of those hospital visits, my dental braces, my university tuition, and everything else has been completely free of charge and I never paid a penny. The government even gives me a monthly sum of money for food and other expenditures even though I have zero expenditures.

The easiest solution to this problem would have been to print "CAUTION: CHOKING HAZARD" like all small-part toys (pretty sure Lego has that warning). But that's hindsight for you.

Companies don't make sex filled video games because American culture doesn't like it and if they choose to submit it to the ESRB they'll likely give it an AO rating.

While the rating is optional, most stores don't stock unrated games. And that's company policy, not any law.
