Is Tribes cursed?

Hi-Rez Studios is planning on releasing Tribes: Ascend in less than a month, despite several glaring issues.

1) Classes - Classes do NOT belong in a Tribes game. The old way of loadout customization is gone. The very existance of classes is an affront to Tribes tradition, yet most vets would be willing to accept this if only the rest of the game is solid which it isn't.

2) Orbital Strikes - Gain credits, point laser at target, energy beams fall down from space. This is the kind of shit that belongs in Cawadooty, not Tribes. When a light class capping the flag can get insane airtime, laze the flagstand, wipe out all of the deployables and defenders, and make it away free and clear with the flag there is a PROBLEM. A big one.

3) Physics are fucked - "Inheritance" - how much of your momentum a projectile inherits - is nowhere near the 100% it should be, and it's different for every weapon. Earlier in the beta it was actually possible to be moving so fast that you would shoot yourself with your own spinfusor disc. They have since increased the inheritance on some weapons, but nowhere near the 100% it should be.

4) Physics are fucked Part II: The Physicsness - It is actually possible to use your jetpack while falling and accelerate because you are over the speed cap. The physics are so fucked that the jetpack cannot correctly stop a high-speed fall. There are other quirks such as ascending (lol) faster when you move side to side like a snake (rather than flying straight up), despite this being contrary to real-world physics in every way.

5) Speed cap - rather than implement air drag, an arbitrary speed cap of 72 km/s exists. Using your jetpack over this speed has literally 0 effect on horizontal momentum.
