The reality is wind all on its own can reach bone shattering speeds, not even getting into the debris it can pick up such as sand that grinds your skin and muscles from the bone or you know a smash a tree into you that you've uprooted.
Dark Magic is an iffy thing with me, I love it when handled right, hate it when handled wrong. Necromancy, to me, as far as raising the dead never seemed dark or evil or anything to me. If you're just taking a corpse and animating as in a complex form of Telekinesis like a puppet I don't see an issue. I'd see some Mage giving a Golem an enslaved soul to animate it as more evil, and if a necromancer was doing that, yeah, I'd agree, more evil, but I think magic that deals in Manipulating souls is just wrong in general.
Dark magic to me is more typically Eldritch energies, opening a rift and channeling the energies that come forth at a target or magic that transforms your enemy into a horrible monster and then bends it to your will to kill the allies it was once loyal to. That sort of stuff is good Dark Magic to me.
I see some use "Singularity" or "Gravity" control magic as dark magic too, but it seems less dark and more just forms of telekinesis that are manipulated in such a way to replicate certain gravitational effects.
