>no help for the handicapIn 1996 there was a huge boom for private health care and mental care systems but the US government closed them all down because they said it was the governments responsibility to handle this matter. Furthermore, libertarians claim that this is what non-profit organizations are for, and it is. NPO live off of donations, if the government or the organizations offer something to people in place of their donation to an NPO the NPO will flourish, usually a lower tax rate for the year.

The basic premise of libertarian ideology is that everything will be solved with competition. There is no doubt people are greed so exploit their greed by forcing them to give what is best for you or you'll find someone who is a little less greedy.
