>>97076272"My Son (Vspeeder) was playing Xbox last night and was invited into a private game from another friend playing, after playing for a while he received a notification of being banned, I honestly thought it was some kind of glitch in your system, but when i saw an email this morning realized it was not. This is VERY unfair of you to decide to ban people permanently without any warning, JUST on May 19th you decide to lift your 2 week suspension warning, I'm sorry but that is not right, kids sometimes dont realize what they are entering, friends tell them this is cool, and they go in, not realizing it is something they can get banned for. If you would have sent a warning suspension like you state you use to, they would understand it better, but to just ban them permanently is wrong. We had just signed up for a 1yr membership and have been members for a number of years, but now i really need to think if this is the kind of company i want to maintain business with. We spend a lot of money on XBox every year as i am sure a lot of other people you are really upsetting by doing this do, not only does my son play, but we all do, and now you have not allowed us all to play. I love how you do not except phone calls on this matter as well, we have to type it into a forum, this is such a HUGE disappointment, honestly never thought Microsoft would do this to loyal customers that have otherwise never had a mark on their record. What is really sad, these games shouldn't allow glitches or mods to even happen. Again, so upset and disappointed, and will not just stop here at proving to people how wrong this is what you are doing."
of course kids grow up like that these days.
