>>99301857Same here, it was no more linear than DN3D, and actually managed to tie the heavily interactible environments into the gameplay in a meaningful way. The ability to only carry 2 weapons at a time made weapon choice more meaningful, and the fact that I generally needed more ammo when a new weapon turned up meant that I got to use it and have fun with it instead of hoarding ammo like I do in most games. (yeah I punched the Cyberdemon to death, so what?)
The game was well paced, or well enough at least, the gags were generally funny, and it made me feel like a huge roided out badass.
I won't pretend DNF was 10/10 material, but this summerfag cancer are as bad as the critics who are slating it just for being 12 years late and a little un-polished.
