Hey /x/files,
I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in investigating this website with me. The name of the site is Must Not Search, and it is basically used to detail and catalogue various things that should not be searched for on the internet for various reasons such as viruses, illegal content or scary/gory sites/pictures.
The only problem however is the entire site is written in Japanese. Now because I and I'm sure many others on here don't speak the language fluently, Google translate has proven to be an invaluable tool. Even if the translation is not 100% I still find this site to be a very interesting read
From what I have gathered, the site uses a rating system to determine the severity of the search results, with seven stars being the worst content found through searching. The layout of the site is a little confusing, but just by having a click around you should be able to find what you're looking for.
On another note, I was also planning to eventually make an English language equivalent of this, so I just thought I'd test the water and see people's opinions on it before I get started.
The website (use Google translate):

some more interesting searches 牛の首 - Ushinokubi: japanese ghost story/urban legend 掛け軸 生放送 - something about the eyes of a painting moving on live tv? コトリバコ - Kotoribako, another japanese creepypasta Of course google translate tends to fuck up the translation. Would a Japanese speaker be kind enough to help translate these creepypastas?

The curse actually affected some people and I didn't understand how it happened nor what happened to the people

apparently there's this tale - "Head of a Cow" - which is 3spooky5everybody and anyone who's ever heard it died afterwards, but that's all. The actual Head of a Cow story doesn't exist.

>>12370527 >掛け軸 生放送 I can't post the picture for some reason, but this is the painting:
http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1050068550 The painting's eyes opened while it was shown one some live tv program. Everybody seems to be fairly certain of it actually happening, so I'm sure that there is footage of it somewhere.
brb, I'll see if it 's on niconicodouga

my personal guess is that a fly landed on the painting and made it look like the pupil suddenly appeared.
