We had a thread where this was linked a couple months ago and I found it fascinating. Basically these are trendnet cameras, a certain brand whose flaw is that they can be accessed by typing in their IP address in a web browser. These are completely candid. If you see someone, they do not know that you are watching. There was an effort to make another list with working cameras and what they show but it didn't get anywhere. The offer is still there.
Only about 1/6 of these cameras still function. Feel free to post a camera's address and a screenshot of their focus or a guess at what it is.
