I really don't want to get too much into it, but hebrew myths and religion is believed to be riddles with references and absolute truth about our past and what is considered as the true God, YHVH, or the tetragrammatron.
I've always wondered why Susan Strong doesn't openly worship Finn as a god. She was the equivalent of an animal. Finn showed her the alphabet, the world, the sky, the fire, the sun, everything on the upper world. And susan strong keeps her friendliness constant.
As to the crystal dimension, or the episode titled "crystals have power" is a direct reference to how spirits or energy itself can be stored in pure crystals.
I often find myself conflicted by this and several other references and implied links. I don't know how to connect dots on Ward's implied argument, or set storyline or even a message. I often feel myself wondering "Okay, it's obvious Ward knows a lot about these things. But, does he makes serious arguments? Does he share really occult knowledge? Or are certain aspects a fluke? Is Ward really really really knowledgeable about those hard subjects?"
I know this post is a mess, but I just wanted to get that out. Oh, and the Nightosphere is contemporary america, judging by several social and economic allegories and metaphors.
