So we've all probably read Cracked's article on the creepiest places on the Internet. How about sharing some other seemingly legitimate and genuinely creepy places on the Internet that might be less well-known?

For those of you don't know her, refbatch is/was an apparently paranoid schizophrenic woman living in Russia. That's pretty much all we know about her besides that from April 20, 2008 to April 1, 2012 she uploaded 28,962 videos (roughly 20 per day) in various locations, mostly consisting of her screaming and rambling incoherently. At times she is stumbling through the woods, at times she is joined by silent men whose faces are rarely clear and who just stand and watch her. As of April of this year, her web activity has stopped as far as I know. Both her Twitter and Youtube activity has ceased.

So you guys got any others? Preferably no illegal websites.
