Some things like the streams i remember, others not so much. Things come and go. Memories are forgotten, and continuously being created. We look not at the past to grieve for what we have lost, only to remember, and to learn from our mistakes. Summer will not last forever, but what has been here, will always be part of /x/. The laughs we enjoyed from the troll threads, the fear that we've experienced from the creepypasta thread, the art we've seen in the draw threads, and much much more. Anyone remember that thread that was like 200 posts long where fictional characters kept threatening each other in a scary badass fight? It was like Illuminati, then greys, then a big long chain of other stuff like jason leads to freddy leads to Dream from the Sandman and shit. That was a fun thread. That said, everyone ITT needs to get off their asses and post some new OC. There is always something new to be afraid of in a new way. There are a million new cool things to be discovered.

The threads we mention here are ghosts of a past that is still present. Don't try and make "/x/ great" because it is still. just post well and watch the board in the wee hours of night. I don't think it's a coincidence that the best threads happen during the witching hours. I don't want this thread to be a soapbox. I just want to remember what shouldn't be remembered with my fellows. I just ask.

The journal contained a lot of writings to Michael Myers because her father abused her so she looked up to MM.
She also wrote to her knife, I think Velvet.
Talked about how she hated preps at school and couldn't get along with the emo kids because she was too weird.
She posted tons of pictures of her room and pictures of the dissected squirrel.
She did do a good job.

I still remember one fun evening. A guy claimed he saw the most disturbing foreign film before admitting he made it up. In essence a boy witnesses a group of men murdering his parents and he and his sister are allowed to live only to be separately adopted. Years later, they come back and kidnap him as an adult and throw him into a holding cell in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. They torture him and later throw him in a cell with a woman who is going through the same thing. They are warned to stay apart. The two 'fall in love' have sex and she gets pregnant. They shoot her in the stomach and the child comes out later, dead. Anyway, to cut it short. There's a scuffle, the woman gets killed and the guy escapes to run to the police. The police say they've been looking for him and a woman who they believe may be his long lost sister. I was wondering if anyone else remembered or archived that one. Sadly I lost it when my toshiba died and its a lot better pasta than I made it out to be...
