I'll start with something short which is deals with the devil.
Around the late 1700s and early 1800 back when Mexico was still under Spain rule, my hometown as well as grandma's town was pretty much just a couple of houses and a shitton of open fields.
Back then, there was a man who literally went from a no one to a someone overnight.
No one knew how he got so rich in just a couple of days. Every week he threw a party and invited everyone around. The parties were pretty big as sometimes even Spanish royalty would go.
On the day of his funeral, every member of his family attended as well as everyone who knew this man.
At midnight, when el Padre (catholic priest) was about to end the funeral all candles around the coffin and any light source around his Hacienda blew out.
Everyone freaked out and tried to light a fire to see what happened, but they couldn't.
A couple of minutes later, all the candles and torches that blew out re-ignited, el Padre pretty much was shocked and fainted at the spot.
Everyone was baffled. One brave man got close to where the priest was and saw that the body of the deceased was gone.
On the next day, the police and a group of priests went to investigate the Hacienda and found evidence of a deal this man did with el Diablo (devil).
As time passed, his family lost all of their riches, eventually they hired a priest and had the Hacienda cleansed of all the negative energy that surrounded it.
It was later sold to the Mexican government and the place was turned into the now existing town hall.
Apparently to summons the devil, you have to go to the local "barranca" (ravine) at midnight and he (the devil) will ask you what you want. Once that's done on the day of your funeral he will come for both your body and your soul.
Picture related, it's the town hall as of this day.
