We had one in health class in 6th grade that said something like, "if you'd look on the outside like you do on the inside, would you still smoke?" It (in black and white, like all of them) had a woman in a model-like pose with a cigarette, but her skin was blackened and crusty, and her hair was singed and frizzy. It was really fucked, and being the pussy I was at age 12 or whatever, I could hardly stand looking at it.
