>>11962746Thank you for your compliment friend, it is not taken lightly. I do have tips, but please stick with me on the example that I use. I mean to offense by it. When I was a kid, to admittedly my early teens, I was terrified of the dark. I got over this fear very slowly. I used to sleep with my head under the covers every night. I was terrified of the dark, and the things that may be in it. I got over this fear by two steps. Step one, the easiest being when I slept with a friend, I would be less afraid, therein I was able to sleep with my head out of the covers. I noticed nothing bad ever happened when I did. This is important. The second was when I slept by myself, I would just lay in the dark with my head outside my covers for as long as I could sustain it. I would do it for longer and longer every night until I was able to finally sleep without the covers. This took months, but was worth it to get peace of mind. Now, as for shadow figures, this is a little different, but still the same. When I saw them at first, I would freak out and wake myself up out of Sleep paralysis (which is when I saw them at first). To get over this fear of mine, I would just lay there. I would look back at them and see if they would do anything bad. They never did. Just stood there. Like a guardian of sorts. I think people just assicoaite the color black with evil. Not always the case. To the point though, practice. I know how you feel friend. I am sorry you are in this way, but with practice you will see and know for sure that nothing will harm you. You as you know are an immortal being, made of source. If it helps, these shadow beings and all the unknown are made of source too. You are them as they are you. Be at peace with all. I hope this helped you in some way. Please dont be afraid to ask me to clarify on anything. Lastly though, yes. Getting over these fears and being able to project is a bigger reward then you could imagine.
