>approximately 4 feet tall at the shoulder
>human shaped head with no mouth, ears, or nose
>a single large red slit eye that opens horizontally sits in the center of its face
>no discernible pupil, just swirling black and red
>has two small, thin tentacles or barbels that hang from its chin that move in strange jerky snaps
>excretes black "glowing" orbs from a puckered opening in its chest, which float a way and gradually shrink into nothingness
>is able to "melt" into nearby objects and surfaces
>can reappear out of far away objects or surfaces
