Hey /x/, I'm hallucinating. Haven't slept in a while (over 20 hours now, I usually get 10 hours+ a night) due to cramming for exams.

There's this thing right in front of me between me and the computer screen. It's glowing and I can feel it. It's kinda soft, like whipped cream. I thought it was a normal hallucination until I touched it. What do?

Pic kinda related. Glowing dots all up in here. Feel free to discuss your own hallucinations/sleep deprived adventures.

It's real, usually your brain keeps these things out of focus and perception. Since you are sleep deprived your brain hasn't gotten it's much needed rest and your view of reality is broadening or breaking down, perhaps both. Perhaps it's your higher self taking form in front of you, perhaps you should explore your new found reality before you inevitably crash from exhaustion.

I'm not that stupid. Plus I don't want to risk glowing diarrhea during my exams. I tried taking a picture of it for you guys, but it's not showing up. I'm thinking it's not real...?

Search for a higher meaning, break away from the constraints of society. While in this state you could probably talk to spirits if you learned how to, Trans-Dimensional beings, think the old gods, like Thor, Zeus, Odin, I bet Jesus and Buddha would have a good ol' chat with you if you wanted it and had a good channel of communication. Try moving things with thought, whatever you feel like.

The only thing that makes things real are the experience, you are experiencing facets that you probably haven't had in this lifetime. Enjoy the moment, be connected and unafraid, in the end everything is right, nothing is out of place and you enlighten yourself to a higher wisdom.

You can try to form energy balls and send them out for tasks, be aware that it usually takes time and it won't form into your reality for usually 72 hours. Just hold your hands apart like you are holding a ball, focus on building one out of energy and put a thought into it, a mission. Once you are sure of this mission send it out, you should feel a slight energy drain.

one time i stayed up for 3 days on adderall and meth and when I was peaking the night of the second day I smoked a fat chronic joint. reality started to shimmer and shit. I looked at my eye in the mirror and it looked like there were clouds in my iris and my pupil was a box then this shit started happening like in windows media player in my eye.

i can safely say that you've got a pretty low tolerance for sleep deprivation and that you should probably eat it, that'd be best for everyone in this situation here.

ok op ^this was my last post so you know i've been there too. main objectives should be adjusting your eyes by squinting, relaxing muscles and other techniques so you can get an idea of the best angle to hold your eyes to be able to see this type of energy, trust me and spend some time on this b/c it's big in terms of seeing it again.

second objective should be developing a more advanced level of tactile interaction with energy, including touching it with your eyes closed, that can really help. try anything you can think of and just go ahead and play just like a child would, you'll discover a lot, have fun anon you have a long and interesting road of discovery ahead of you.

and to show i know my shit i'm gonna hazard a guess that you were taking adderall or something as a study aide, i use similar substances when i want to do really hardcore energy work with a tactile focus, i also use them for teaching energy work to new ppl, one of my favorite things in life really so i'm happy if i've helped you in any way anon.

OP here, I actually don't take any study aid drugs. I did have about eight little things of fruit snacks, but I don't think that'll do too much. What you mentioned was pretty interesting, though. I'll keep that in mind.

Common ways of damaging your brain:

Sleep at day: cortisol is regulated by seeing sunlight will be produced at higher rates without it. The opposite is true for melanin which is produced by the brain when you see sunlight, and is an important neurotransmitter. Sleep deprivation: This both causes the brain to fail to regenerate correctly and causes cells to die on it's own, 'and' it also produces higher cortisol.
