Now there are plenty of examples of corruption in government, such as that ex-RIAA lobbyist who is now a federal judge to reside over copyright cases.

If nobody knew she was a lobbyist, this would have been a conspiracy.

I've also heard that you can't be charged for a criminal case that doesn't involve violence/rape as long as you don't accept to be charged under the accused "entity" some legal mumbo jumbo. But it's pretty much that in order to be tried you have to sign that the "entity" that is being charged is you and you will defend it.

Well you would have to rip up your birth certificate for a start, as well as relinquishing any control of your "strawman" (you as a legal entity, without one you can't be charged as a human). I haven't heard of anyone completely "quitting" But it is certainly possible to word yourself in court so you can avoid any charges put to you. Just look up some stuff on strawmen.
