Wait, so they got rid of the best evidence that he was REALLY dead before anyone got to see it?

Apparently pictures of his dead body are to be released, but as we all know, pictures are very easily faked in the photoshop age.

Nothing about this whole Bin Laden thing adds up.

I think it's funny that they haven't released ANY scrap of information as to his whereabouts... and then just suddenly, BAM!. Like that'd ever fucking happen at all, the world leaders just need to do something as to not be loosing face any longer

I agree that it's quite curious for Bin Laden to be 'buried at sea' just a few hours after his death; surely the American government would know lots of people would be skeptical of his death without seeing the actual body (and not just photographs).

I know there is something about Muslims burying people in the next few hours after they die, but would the U.S. government really prefer to be respectful of a body rather than show the whole world that it has indeed killed him?
