Hey, /x/
Let's go digital urban spelunking.
So I rediscovered this old early (pre-2000) virtual world called worlds player. Even though textures and graphics are blocky, with a doom/castle castle wolfenstein feel, some areas in the world are truly beautiful.
Many areas feature surreal or majestic background music. Almost trance like music.
The best part is the world is almost abandoned. Even the themes and backgrounds still feature celebrities and events from 1999/2000 giving the whole place a post apocalyptic feel.
The strange part is though that in many areas the posters are peeling off the walls.(strange considering that they would have either had to have been rendered like that(why?) or decayed.(how?))
But anyway google worlds player and join me.
