This is absolutely, completely irrelevant to everything, but I totally looked at OP's picture, turn my laptop upside down, looked at it again, and then had a sudden urge to have a tie shaped like an arm and a hand with an eye on the palm.

I have a friend that might be able to do it.
Other than that, I suppose you could get one made by someone that makes shit for cosplay, couldn't be too hard compared to some of the crazy shit they do.
