Hello guys.
I just woke up.

The empty plate is now gone, the water bottle has been refilled and there is a rope tied into a noose on the desk where the plate was.
There is also a metal ring hanging from the roof

my blacklight and hypodermic needles are gone (i still have the laptop and knife though).

The vent has (apparently) been sealed up, either that or i'm in a different room that looks exactly the same.
I'm going to tear the place apart and see if i can find anything

The timer door has about 8 hours and 13 minutes left on it.

Just thought that i would come on and let you guys know what's going on.
(also i've drawn my picture in such a way that i can add to it as i go along, so i can keep a map with me as a reference for me and for you guys)
