Alright, check it out.

First off telepathy in my journey was never the goal. The goal is always to continue exploring myself genuinely and honestly, not to shy away from truths I would rather not acknowledge. This is the key for me. So telepathy is more of a tool. I feel that the insight I have gained into perception of consciousness is a way to expand my possible area of interaction with others and myself so that more lessons can be learned and further self discovery take place.
Anyway, a bit about what I do.
Basically it's emotion/thought transference, I can sense what people think and feel and I can "send" them messages. I should point out I am a stronger sender than I am receiver. I do believe that to some extent this is because there are simply not that many people who exercise their will to share thoughts. If somebody doesn't wish to share something I will not pick up on it, nor would I want to. So the strength of connection scales proportionally to how well I know the person. With a few exceptions of particularly strong connections I've gotten with strangers.
I'll walk around campus for example, and be able to tell who feels down/sad/scared when I walk by them. So I'll flood them with comforting/encouraging/understanding thoughts. Of course in this setting the connection isn't very strong.
I can also "make" people what see what I see in my minds eye. These are typically mandalas/fractals/patterns of light that grow and morph. I can also create objects such as a lotus flower made of purple light with light rain falling/beading on the pedals. Maybe surrounded by a gold aura. People tend to like this stuff. Sometimes I like imagine myself and the friends/people I am around floating cross legged in perfect beautiful cosmos. Some people react to this more than others. I can tell who is sensing it though. There have been times when people stared at me with an open mouth or something :D or just said "wow", or whatever.

The best is when people outright ask me about it, though. I have probably had 5-6 friends point blank acknowledge it during or after the fact which feels pretty good. Also a couple of friends or friends I had met only once.
Interestingly, with friends and strangers, aggressive/angry/fearful/sexual thoughts seem easiest to transmit. I'm not quite sure why that is but I have theories. I like to transmit the opposite, but it's just something I've noticed.
I did mention I prefer to send positive and beautiful things, but my 2nd highest goal is really simply to expose people to what is possible. After a while of creating whatever, I will sort of change gears a bit and tell them that we all know this real, you know what you're experiencing. Why do we never hear about this? Why is the prospect mocked? This is the purest form of communication and it is totally free, and when enough people realize it will change the world forever. I ask them for their help, to just do what they can. Some people react favorable and others seem to pull back. This isn't something that is really accepted and maybe they don't want the responsibility. That's fine but I do like to forward the idea.

Any tips or guidance, I am always looking for a fresh perspective.

That's ok, but no matter how many attempts i do this "heat" turns out to be found in point '7 centimeters under solar plexus'. I don't notice how it moves, but in the end it's always there.

So in those 2 years I laid the groundwork of introspection and honest examination of ego which I firmly believe laid the ground work and "prepared" me for the often ego-threatening truths that arise with higher perception.

It's like this. If a personclings to their ego and material distinctions for esteem, then they are literally defining the health of themselves and grounding their consciousness in the material, thus it is unable to get "lighter" and envelop arenas of existence less tangible (ie consciousness beyond the material).

So a person is left with a choice. Continue living with such a mindset or start the long, daunting, challenging and self-image compromising life time task of detaching from ego. It is hard to look in the face ones own biases, insecurities, inadequacies. But if they do, they increasingly see our connectedness and that is what allows you to "tap in" to consciousness expanding mindsets.

That's how I did it at least. I am sure there are many different ways to grow and develop.

My advice is to meditate, always be honest with yourself, and make a concerted effort to be objective with your emotions, admit when you'r e wrong and grow to realize when your ego is defining your emotions and decisions. This should be obvious and go without saying, but if ones goal is simply telepathy for the purpose of cultivating a sense of self-importance and superiority, their journey will NOT be fruitful.

You are asking if you can bring an audible character from your subconscious into visual sight? Do you mean physically manifest or do you mean you just want a visual hallucination present itself to you?

This is roughly related to the classic (x) "How do I create a tulpa?" thread.

The easiest way to simply see this being (outside of forcing it by imagination along the lines of the description given to you) is to do so in a lucid dream. Affirm in your mind before you go into a lucid state your desire to meet with this being.

Meditate on the being, consider have you seen or heard it before. Is the being a composite of other characters?

Basically the protocal for communicating with any metaphysical consciousness is to project a genuine desire to meet it. That means you should have thought about the rammifications of actually meeting, how will you react, what will you say, what will it mean for your psyche if you find this creature to seem to exist independantly of your thought? What will it mean for your belief system if you find the being to be a conplete figment of your imagination?

After that it is a case of throwing in every technique you know for manifesting your will and developing your visualisation skills as much as possible. I for example can visualise myself eating an apple to the point where I can taste the flavours, feel the varied textures, hear and feel the apple react and crunch as you bite.

This is easy to accomplish if you think about it, as we do it in dreams quite often.

Then simply refine the methods you like amd use them consistently and apply

As for a description, I've drawn one a few times (I'm a draw fag myself) he's got a male body, blue, no face or genetilia, he looks kinda glowy and musclure. His personality is protective. He's very protective of me. He's so much wiser and can allways tell what's going to happen b4 hand. He even told me his name, Billy. He's so real to me, and I can kinda see him... In my head but but not like I'd see a normal person. He can even take me over. Like when I get to stressed or angry, in order to keep me from raging he takes my body over untill I get more clamb. Idk if this is making any sence, I just really want to see him.

I will be honest and say telepathy is not my strong suit ( even in the astral, I only get words and voices if a telepathic creature speaks to me) and from what I do know it can be a mixed blessing, thankfully it is generally open only to those who put a lot into spiritual practice so it generally grows at a comfortable pace. It instantly expands the experience of he practicioner if they can simply see from another persons point of view and it reinforces the concept that we are all one.

Why do we see so many sages put so much faith in acts of kindness even though the world is constantly shown to be full of unhapiness? Because it fine tunes our understanding. It is about being the one who is able to take on the most on. Again Jesus, taking on humanities sin symbolises the sacrifice of those who seek enligtenment by this path.

This is described well in the seven chakra system, the denser survival based material energies of the lower realms are charged easily and most comfortable in the material realm and the base chakras. The third eye and crown chakra are refined etherial states and are not so easy to get into by way of the mechanism that binds us to waking reality.

You want all that spiritual/mental enhancement and enlightenment stuff (and that tulpa stuff!) promised by Eastern mysticism? Go find a monastery in Tibet. Maybe after seventy years of intense study you'll be able to levitate.

It's really not too hard figure out why the most common depiction of a wizard or witch is as an elderly person. It takes years of study and dedication. It's really a single minded pursuit.

Your progress so far seems good. The faster way to complete the circuit is a technique whereby you imagine the streams of energy are moving through the meridians and boring large pathways through your limbs, eminating from the dan tien ( the point above your navel) an eventually progressing up the spine over the top of the head and this is closed by putting your tongue to the top of your palette. This technique is risky you may end up with a bad fever because of the shock. You will start to hear a sound like crashing waves as you fall asleep if this is working. The safer way is to energise your dan tien/ inner couldren so it is overflowing and then charges the chambers above it. You must practice opening and closing exercises of the dan tien, chest and brow chakras ( a very basic way is to simply imagine these as doors/flowers opening as you breath in and closing as you breath out or pulsating lights etc...). How did you begin to learn this.

The distinction between black and white magic is easy enough until you get to the point where there is no good or evil to be thought about and duality is not a consideration.

Basically black is anything that destroys or is only for material personal gain and is in other words a selfish act, inconsiderate of what resources are taken to power the magic (which we will define as manipulation of physical reality) whereas white is anything that nurtures and builds up or restores natural flow and balance.

However, practice and method can also.........be at odds. For example you could practice being extraordinarily kind and benevolent and you would get progress, you could practice being a total asshole if you were still getting insight from it. Sometimes practice is undeniably black, for example the ritualistic child abuse, human and animal sacrifice etc.... and sometimes totally white for example self sacrifice.

It is also sometimes hard to see where evil begins and where the struggle of existence ends. Unless you believe we are trapped in a negative reality, which is another subject all together.

A white magician or shaman will be concerned with healing the psychological and physical maladies of his or her community, advising as to how humanity should interact with nature, exploring consciousness and generally navigating reality.

It basically involves taking responsibility for going into altered states to gain information and insight to help his fellow man. It might sound like a lot of fun but it is pretty scary and uncomfortable a lot of the time. So going into peoples dreams and psyche in order to relive past events where they were damaged and then explaining the circumstances and revealing the experiential value their psychological impact is lessened is an eventuality for someone doing that.

Chinese medicine is a good one to check out for healing physical ills, some would suggest Reiki etc... Hermetics with its use of ritualism and study of chemistry can be quite beneficial.

A belief system that I find to be quite sophisticated and that I feel those wanting to practice white magic would like is the Kahuna religion of the South Pacific.

Remember as far as spiritual experience grows, it is all about you, you must have control and know more if you are this far into communicating with a being that has such interactions with you.

I would advise you begin meditation and lucid dreaming and astral travel with a requirement for discovering the nature of this being.

I would suggest that the being may be your oversoul or higher self. If the being is genuine and truly benevolent then it should not hesitate to teach you anything that you desire to know of, you must therefore expand your understanding of the nature of reality by contemplation and meditation.

Hey Antword,

I am wondering how much you know about "fate".

I am torn on this issue. On one hand I believe that individuals can choose their actions but some outcomes no matter what may be more likely, or that even some humans will inevitably do certain things.

I hope you see what I mean.

Full disclosure. I was once told by somebody I felt was qualified and had genuine "sight" that my "fate" involved a certain something I will omit.

What's your take on the issue.

Also, what's the deal with birds staring at me? And why do the owls in my neighborhood seem to remind me of their presence by hooting.

One last thing. I had a really weird synchronicity the other day. I was reading this post on /x/ and it was a high resolution image of an eye, and the text was "the window into the soul". I then immediately though of my window and the window shade which randomly rolls up at times (it relies on tension, it's one of those) and it moved. A couple hours later rehashed the experience in my mind and what a synchronicity it was, and glanced at my window and it rolled up at that exact moment, again. It was weird man.

I have found that these events usually serve to remind me that yes, consciousness/spiritual understanding beyond what our eyes can see is there. Sort of like a friendly reminder even though they can have slightly unsettling undertones.

They are sometimes a sign by your higher self to indicate to you that there is another side to existence. There are few that have an OOBE who don't speak well of it other than the sleep paralysis terrors ( these are a test, hallucination, sometimes they are parasitic beings, sometimes a fear reaction to paralysis and influenced by pop culture, this is deliberately complicated and a big question for shaman).

If your higher self does not wants you to concentrate on waking reality or wants you to change your life you may not get one until needed.

However for those who want to do it at will they must simply be stoic and relentless and consistently practice. Energise yourself, plenty of water and quality fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Light exercise and qi kung or some such practice.

At night set yourself up so as to have a good sleep. Dark, no noise, not so late as to be tired. Have a warm sugary drink. Do it consistent, dont be reading or watching tv or jacking off or having sex in bed right before bed. Have your mind get into the routine.

Lucid dreaming is somewhat different to having an OOBE. The best way bar non is to keep a dream journal and be consistent with doing it, you should be able to remember quite a bit of your dreams. Also this worked for me and it will help anyone wanting to experience something paranormal. Meditate on a tesseract cross and practice some sacred geometry. Generally practising Buddhism can teach you a lot and gives an excellent framework and toolbook. Chanting and breath work are specialisations of them so pay attention to and enquire about them until you get verifiable results.

They have a great deal of techniques when it comes to meditation and OOBE aswell, some easy some dangerous and scary, some physically painful and exhausting. The sheer amount should lead us to assume that they have enormous experience in these things.

Einstein said those who know how to think need no teachers. Go out into nature and observe every detail until you start recognising irrefutable patterns and laws. Anything about it you can come up with the answer simply by thinking about it and following the hermetic laws, as above so below. The most ready option though is to try a few discussion groups, the theological society and all that. It might be a laugh even if its not what you are looking for. There are a few respected institutions like the Monroe Institute and such that are knee deep into the astral realms and such.

It seems a shame that we don't have the Arthur C Clarke, Charles Fort characters to gravitate to but seen as we are going to end up with a holistic world view where everything makes sense eventuality these characters may not be need soon enough. It basically hinges on an event that would make academia accept the paranormal as worthy of serious attention.

Electromagnetic fields and consciousness......well they are an expression of and a result of it. The most obvious research to look at would be Wilhelm Reich, being that he was a psychoanalyst and believed that electrical current was obviously closely related to or was a latent form of conscious bio-chemical and aetheric energies.

If you learn something before the event that would have given insight into that aspect of life then your higher self will simply let you decide if you approach the event or not. And so knowledge equals greater free will. In essence though it is rare to impress your higher self which is just a very advanced and judgemental version of you. Also you should just want to know for knowings sake not simply to avoid difficult lessons.

You can see this a thousand times over that the more responsibilty and insight people have the higher their standing in the eyes of other humans and that is what we do in spirit form aswell. Just as an infant is dependant and ill equipt to navigate a reality and thus has less free will it is the same.

In terms of imposing what you feel is your influence on the world you can do so until you attract the attention of forces able to stop you. As mentioned they generally dont want you have as much power as them so this struggle continues. If you know more though they will have great difficulty doing this and will have to expend a lot of energy trying to trip you up.

Again it is about balance. Try to hump fate into submission and you will soon be over your head, try to exert no influence and you will soon be at the mercy of the tides of fate.

And maybe sometimes they look at us and think, what the fuck are those humans looking at me for. It is good medatative practice to go and meditate with some seeds in your hand, be as still as you can and just wait, project an aura of peace and serenity and dont freak out when eventually one lands on you and starts pecking ( be aware this is going to take a while and a few attempts). Make note if you think a mood or thought pattern makes a difference to how they approach.

I don't remember since when i started to think about it.Slowly and fluent this feeling shaped into present-day state. Еasiest way to characterize is to call it absolute Darkness. Yes, i understand this may sound like i am goth/emo/creepy_story/horrors/computer_games lover, but nothing of this.

Yeah, very good tool for expansion of consciousness and bringing energies and events into your time.

There is a reason the powers that be shoe horn so much symbolism and sigilism into the media at large.

To make a sigil meditate and prey and use as much ritualism as you can in it's formation. Think about why you want to use a sigil, what the possible implications for your life would be, how it would change you and so on.

After that ( and being mindful of your intent during the whole process ) you have to charge the sigil with energy that will be converted by means of your intent and imprinted on the collective subcinscious. This generally means getting as many people to see your symbol ( better if subconscious and subliminal as it invests more energy and here is no karmic debt for it influencing a person).

There are ways to increase it's effectiveness. For example tattooing it onto yiurself may bind it to you more strongly and reaffirm belief in the sigil.

As I say breathing is a massive factor, get to know your bodies rhythms as much as possible. Learn to recognise when different emotions are about to turn up.
Heres another technique. When you are energised and healthy go for a couple of hours before sleep not drinking anything. Put a cool refreshing drink a short distance away from your shrine or relaxation area or bed couch whatever. Dont get up to reach for the drink, deny yourself that while still trying to picture how great it is going to be to consume it. Imagine you have been stranded in the desert but your willpower is such that you would rather understand more about reality and dehydrate than reach for the water.

Another one, walk slowly from your relaxation area on a path around your living space and take in as much detail as possible. Test yourself until you can visualise yourself walking around the house and then get into an altered state and start visualisation and go for it.

I experienced something that I can only describe as ego death, becoming one with everything, also one with a higher concissousness.
I was under the impression that this whole life was just a dream and that I have coming close to waking up.
Thelepatically some mighty spirit, I called him god back then, told me that if I wanted to wake up completely, that meant death in this physical realm.
I could go up and down, becoming more one with god or becoming more seperated from him, I could turn my ego up and down, fade it in and out. Becoming more awake or less awake, binding me more or less to this dream we call reality.
When I was one with god, I was able to telepathical speaking with him, and most of what he showed me was really, complex to say the least, it was based and paradoxes, good and evil being the same thing for example.
He also had very good advice for my whole life, very practical advise, which all turned out to benefit me and my life and especially the life of my loved ones and the people around me.
Later on I also had conversations with very evil spirits, maybe something you'd call satan, he basically tried to kill me or to get me to kill my friends.
At the end, god told me to take neuroleptics which I did and which caused my "psychotic" episode to end.

Well and now, two years later, I'm still not entierly sure if I made this whole thing up in nmy head, or if there was somethign very real to it. Being a former atheist I'm still very sceptical about my whole experience. Your opinion?

Although it is hard to understand the state of mind of someone who commits suicide we can assume that a lot of them were in great pain and will be caught in negative dense realms of their own creation until the higher self pulls them out and then they will heal and find peace and regain a sound state of mind for the next incarnation. They are healed mainly by debriefing by the higher self as by discovering the reasons for events in the timeline they ended they will see the bigger picture or so the higher self hopes. So in some ways the old religons are right when it comes to interpretation of suicide.

If one was to simply decide that they had enough of the world of illusion and werent in any particular crisis they might do it and arrive in the astral and say "hey guys" your higher self will be like " what the fuck are we going to do wih you?" That is if you havent fallen into an ego trap.

I believe in spirituality, i believe that we have an identity apart from our physical body and beating heart, i believe that there is good and evil in things, thoughts, and actions.

But i am also logical. It is this logic that has stopped me from believing in any religion, because, as is obvious, they all have gaping loopholes in logic.

I am in constant conflict between the two (reason and spirituatlity) and it is counter-productive and I end up feeling torn and directionless.

As always you can excercise and improve their flow by doing things related to the chakra and its characteristics.

This type of harmonics is seen to be present in most all shamanoc cultures. Rosslyn Chapel for example has it's secrets encoded as patterns of vibrations and the energeic fields that they organise. This is also represented to The Coral Castle code and concepts of sweet sixteen electric current. We are made to believe after extensive research that this is also how megalithic structures werw supplied with materials in the ancient world. Music is said to have a spiritual source, another double sided gift passed down from the heavens. When in altered states people often claim to hear beautiful music and his is where we get the pop cultture staple of angels playing harps and the devil playing the violin. And from that we have the idea of artists selling their soul to he devil or accessing altered states to gain inspiration from the warp. Carlos Santana is an excellent figure to look at in terms of this.

As I mentioned previously altered states were probably first accessed by strenuous tribal dance and musical movenents like trance etc... are direct descendants of this.

Other things to note about music and spirituality is the classic use of backmasking and subliminals. Check out the music of say......Beck for a masterclass in that ( notice Beck is linked with the Scientologists and Krishna consciousness movements).

The spiritual perspective says that some of the symptoms of scizophrenia are actually explained as the subject seeing parts of reality that are actually existing in some dimension it is just that they dont work within our paradigms and a normally operating human brain is not able to percieve these things. In this way it is better to look at the physical and mental components of the mind as a radio pickin up certain frequencies and concentrating on them. For example a radio can pick up multiple stations that are sending of information but we only want to listen to one at a time.

So when a schizophrenic is undergoing some psychosomatic response it may as well be real to them but to the outside observer their imagination is running away. Often when speaking to lay people psychologists will say something along the lines of "too many braincells firing at once" or describe malfunction in the synapses.

And thus anti-psychotic drugs simply set the mind body complex back into material world survival mode. If you cannot function well enough in the material realm your physical body body is liable to perish.

If we go way back we may find out that the propensity for seeing alternate realities was genetically taken away from us or at least limited because it is impossible for someone who is not a master to be in the astral and alos be aware that a tiger is sneaking up on him in the material realm.

One time they will go there and find an Earth that has been abandoned by humans, which suggests a reality where humans ascend, others are business as usual other times there are multiple civil wars going on.....you know......that type of dumb shit. So it goes to support the idea that timelines will diverge and solidify in the view of some.

Something will happen in terms of a megaritual with the obvious pointer being the Olympics ( a massive distraction and attention net, the eternal flame of illumination is the one seen on the momuments of the Diana such as the Statue of Liberty, Princess Diana's memorial and various war monuments). This was hinted at in the last Olympic closing ceremoney with the 7/11 bus referance.

The other pointer is that this has been going on for so long that some of the powers that be don't really know what the exact plans were and are getting anxious because they don know if they have been tricked down the line either. There may also be some conflict and power struggle.

In essence for them the more we panic the better so that is why these disaster films come out and all the masses are shown to do is scream and panic and pray to gods that cant hear them.

In this confusion what do you think they will be doing? They are not going to vanish into bunkers they are going to continue to do what they always do and complete their missions and complete their great work. They arent really afraid of anything at the higher levels other than losing the game of materialism.

some people call this Service-to-Self(STS) versus Service-to-others(STO) and that seems much 'cleaner' as far as corruption by connotative associations. I think of STO entities as bodhisattvas and that works well for me, as that is essentially what they are imo

The idea to take away from that is it would generally be far more beneficial to meditate to music without lyrics. Also they tend to drag the mind onto certain thought patterns even in not mentioning occult archetypes.

First thing is to take things easy. When you start getting into the other side of reality you will have a lot of info coming in and you will have epiphany after epiphany and you may change perspectives and moods quite a lot. This will also have the benefits of increasing vitality your body and giving you better connection to physical and energetic sytems. Have a go at applying principles you have happened across in meditation in everyday life.

Try to see life from the eyes of a designer or an engineer. How would you make it work? If you were god how would you act?

Take in all esoteric information you can, check it against what you know to be absolute truth. If it does not seem right forget it and if there is any truth to it thdn it will link to another part of the puzzle later on.

Sexual energy is very powerful and dense so if not done with pure and loving intention it can lead to negative experiences. And spirits ( not ghosts) can leach it from you. Think of how many pizzas and Mountain Dew it took to make that energy. Try not to get too into particular fetishes and all that and appreciate your lovers as a whole and not just a hole.
