This is a true story from the early 1990's, try to match it.
This story is about my older friend who had a horrible event change his life.

>buddy is 30 years old
>tells me of his sister
>what sister?
>when he was 20 his mother started going insane due to medication (or lack of), she had a little daughter named sue
>mom became paranoid, screaming and smashing things, beat son
>son had enough, moved out, called ambulance to take her away after legal wrangling
>goes with the ambulance
>no one is home- the fuck?
>desperately looks for her and his sister, calls 9/11
>hour later a report of two figures by the beach comes in
>race down to the beach
>his mother had bound his sister and walked in to the sea, drowning them both......
