So my family used to live in a placed called "El Florido" way before I was born. My grandma would sometimes take care of the cattle for some farmers around there and they would pay her to do so. My grandma had seen some short people sitting on the fence around the cattle.
So appearently my aunt had also seen them. My aunt tells us that they follow her wherever she moves to. Back then it used to be all emptiness but now she lives in the city. They followed her to where she lives at now. At night she hears them in her house going through the fridge. So one day my oldest sister stays over at their house.
She was sleeping in my cousins room so she gets out to go to the bathroom but notices some noises and the fridge light is on (open door). So she walks towards it and sees a small humanlike thing. About 3-4 ft tall. The light reflects upon its face and she couldn't describe it just the fact it it was an ugly face like no other. I would imagine something along the lines from the movie " leprechaun". So she freaked out and ran back to the room.
I stayed there a about a year after and I was going to sleep in the living room by myself. They turn all the lights off at 10. Nope... I couldn't bare the thought of sleeping there so I sneaked to my cousins room and slept on the floor.
It might not be a real scary story like you guys expected, but its true. I haven't heard much about them lately since I haven't gone to Mexico for about 3 years. For some reason Mexico is a hotspot for weird shit. My family has experienced it all but most stories are short, and not too intense.
