At the #1, it says Kangaroo, Mart (not sure what these might be), then "Drop Loca (29) ns in nex womm". What was figured it might be "Drop Locations in next comm". But you have the 29 there, theres no way 2 and 9 could mean "tio", but it's likely that it really means drop locations.

The middle part is RETRIBUTION, just figured it out. Also there's 24 TICKs before retribution, and then 22 TICKs after it
