Sometimes when I'm bored I go on Missing Persons websites and look for weird shit. This is pretty weird:

To be fair, "distressed" wouldn't necessarily make you think they were being abducted. Especially in early 70's Australia where child kidnapping was probably rare. They likely just assumed they were with their parent, and upset about something minor.

Yes, people (frequently young people at that) are kidnapped from their homes and never seen again. More often than anyone will ever be willing to admit to.

Do you know why those who abduct kids are called predators? It's because when you look at the loss rates of herd animals to predators, it's the same percentage of missing people who are never again found.

Oh yeah, there are quite a few too. You never hear about it, I mean why would you? It is by its very nature forgettable. If you haven't forgotten about a missing person then it's just because they haven't been found yet. But if you have forgotten about a missing person? If you never ever hear about them ever again? Who would know?

Now I don't mean to suggest that there's a paranormal boogyman out there to get people. Human beings are just as bad, and whats worse is that they don't even look like monsters. You can't tell them apart from the good people.

What actually happens to these missing people? Some get sold into slavery. Not usually in the Western World, the first and second nations. Usually its in the third world nations - although more often than you'd like, it's TO the first and second world nations.

Yeah, some of the worlds richest people are contacted and invited to a house out in the suburbs. Big house usually, in a low end neighborhood. They go in, get to do any fucked up thing that they want to some 15 year old girl from Mexico.

This is a real thing that happens and goes on every day. There is nothing you can do about it.

Reading about the unsolved Original Night Stalker case on Wikipedia.

>Betsy Aardsma, was a 22-year-old woman from Holland, Michigan, United States, and a graduate student at Penn State University who was stabbed to death in broad daylight in the stacks of Pattee Library on Penn State's campus on 28 November 1969. She was stabbed a single time through the heart with a single-edged small knife. Approximately one minute later two men came from Betsy's location and told a desk clerk, "Somebody better help that girl," and then exited the library. The men were never identified. 25–35 minutes later Betsy arrived at a hospital where she was pronounced dead. She had worn a red dress, and since there was only a small amount of blood visible, no one immediately realized that she had been stabbed.

I remember reading that the skull was completely pulverized, not just fractured, as well as those with chest injuries had similarly devastating damage done to their rib cages but their skin had no damage whatsoever.

Also, supposedly someone was burned and had orange skin or something. Some people have theorized that radiation caused that.

Oh, and all but one of those skiiers had done that same trip multiple times before, so they weren't rookies.

As a descendant of the Moore family from Villisca I have always been told since I was old enough to answer the landline to hang up on anyone asking for family comments surrounding my great great uncle's murder. Well, one day I came home from school and he wasn't there, he'd normally walk home because our house is really close to the school. Whilst i was lazy and insisted on getting picked up, james always said he liked the lonely walks :L anyway i was pretty stupid when i was little so i just had this idea that he was 'late' whenever I asked my parents where he was they'd just be all sort of responsible like and be like go clean up your room, after a while though I just sort of forgot about him, I thought he was on holiday or something, until police came and they were heaps mad at my parents for not reporting the case, they always seemed pretty hostile towards my parents with the exception to the town policeman

Missing children reports and cases have always struck me differently. When I was a kid I was always playing outside our apartments, wandering around a ghetto neighborhood. We lived in San Ysidro at the time, my dad was way up north living with his new wife. We lived literally 5 minutes from the border crossing to mexico, and can literally see the border fence from where we lived. Sometime between being 2-5 years old I was kidnapped 3 times. Each time they tried to take me to mexico. I don't remember any of it. But hearing the shit that happened to kidnapped kids who went to mexico, I could have easily have been a molested and killed off. I'm really damn lucky and grateful for police...

According to a report in The New York Times, March 10 and 11, 1929, Isidore Fink, of 4 East 132nd Street, New York City, was in his Fifth Avenue Laundry on the night of March 9, 1929 with the windows closed and door of the room bolted. A neighbor heard screams and the sound of blows (but no shots) and called the police who were unable to get in. A young boy was lifted through the transom and was able to unbolt the door. On the floor lay Fink with two bullet wounds in his chest and one in his left wrist, which was powder-marked. He was dead. There was money in his pockets, and the cash register had not been touched. No weapon was found. The man had died instantly, or almost instantly.There was a theory that the murderer had crawled through the transom. But to do so he would have had to be no bigger than a small boy and would have had to leave the same way, as the door was bolted. Another theory had the murderer firing through the transom, but Fink's wrist was powder-burned, indicating that he had not been fired at from a distance. More than two years later, Police Commissioner Mulrooney, in a radio-talk, called this murder in a closed room an "insoluble mystery."

I mean, it's a good story... but why the fuck would they gag themselves if the aim was to escape from the ropes? Why would they lie in a bed in such a suggestive pose? Why are they using knots usually associated with BDSM? I mean, unless they can produce the actual file of the case that explains everything, a cop's recollection is just as credible as a grieving mother's. You know how easy is to drop a few bucks on a cop's desk and tell them to stall an investigation with false leads?

This picture was taken by serial killer Harvey Glatman, he would take pictures of girls bound and gagged and then he would kill them. To you it may not seem very arousing, but it's what gets them off. There's tons of pics of boys bound and gagged just like the boys in the pictures, it's not exactly rare to see stuff exactly like that in "boy loving" websites. Plus, the police found digital versions of the pictures in jacobstales.com, which at the time was a pedo site. So you know it's the stuff that caters to them.

The Grace Budd thing was horribly fucked up.

Basically, he befriended the Budd family pretending to be an old, nice man. When he'd earned their trust, he asked if he could take little Grace Budd, aged 10, to his niece's party so she could have some fun. Parents were obviously reluctant, but they liked the guy and trusted him, so they let Grace go. They never saw her again.

Six motherfucking years later, Fish sent the folks an anonymous letter detailing exactly how he had killed Grace and eaten her remains.

Police was able to tell where it was sent from because of stamps or something, and they went there and asked around providing a description of Fish. Long story short, they caught him.

Pic related. It's a transcript of the letter Fish sent Grace's parents. Imagine your little girl was kidnapped, it's been six years and no news on the case, and then you read this.

About 10 in the morning,a young girl was playing outside her house when a black van parked nearby.

A short guy in a green medical suit (an eyewitness says he's sort of chinese) approached the girl and opened a plastic bag full of candies and toys.The guy lured the girl inside the van.She complied.

About an hour later she was found in a nearby elementary school.Dead. There are no signs of injury except for a couple of tiny surgical cuts on her sides. They took her kidneys.

Just last year I was shopping in my old hometown and I met an old friend, she was the mother of the kids who had lived next door to me at that time when I had lived with my dad. We chatted pleasantly and then right before I left her store the very last thing she said to me was

I told my aunt about it, my mom insisted I do because she is a cop in the city my father lived in but with only a first name and literally no other information about her there isn't anything can be done. The only timeline I have is it must have happened pre 1998, because thats the year we moved out of that house.

It's not child related, but it's my own dark little corner of my life and I thought it might help keep this thread alive.

A man named James Vincent Gunnels, who was abused by Busch when he was a child, was a match to DNA found on one of the victims. The theory is that Gunnels, who was about 15 at the time, was Busch's accomplice and was the one who would lure the kids into coming with him and Busch.

scary, once when i was at a carnival with my family, my brother suddenly disappeared. my family was hysterival, and cops searched all over for him. i vaguely remember my mom saying somthing about kiddnappings or rape or somthing like that in the area recently or somthing like that (we were at old orchard beach in maine) even though police were everywhere on bikes looking for him, we were able to find him. he was being lead by a random man through the park, he was near the other side of the park, and they were traveling away from where he went missing, heading towards the ocean which was at the end of the park. i remember the man had a walkie talkie which was weird. my famiy was too over joyed when we found my little brother to not really think about this strange man that my brother was with, and i remember my step dad thanking him at first. i dont remember exacctly what happend next, i just know that the man either walked off or sneaked away, either way, he was long gone by the time we got the attention of the police.

if anyone knows anything about there being a child abductor/ murder in the maine old orchard beach area, post it here. i think this happend like 7 years ago,

Man, this shit scares the crap out of me.
I was held hostage by my father as a child, he was physical and sexually abusive.
He beat my mum to a pulp, so i hid in the bedroom with my younger siblings.
He destroyed the house, mum managed to call the cops.
He sat in the drive way, cutting himself with a machete and threatening the cops with it. They were going to shoot him.
He spent the night in a mental hospital then was home the next day.

The mech thing is a really clever shoop. This boy was found in a box, having been murdered and they have no idea who he is as there were no missing person reports. It really makes me sad to think that his parents possibly didn't care that he went missing and was murdered or they could have done it themselves.
