- "J" is the most common, and appears twice in a row, so my guess is T or E (13 times)
- Q is second most common, possibly the other, or A or I (10 times)
- O and K 6 times, C 5 times, X, R, L and A 4 times, the rest is 3 or less.
- Only 21 letters are used, which I guess is pretty normal for something this short.
Sadly, unless we find a cipher, there's not enough data to go on, you're pretty much forced to do guesswork, which will take ages, especially since we have to make so many assumptions:
- It could be in a foreign language
- It could be double-coded
- It could be nothing at all.
For a short message like this, as long as you double or triple code it, it's virtually unbreakable.
