Watched this last night and I couldn't help but think that now that the movies have moved away from being very 'visual' (lots of done up cars that a reader wouldn't give a shit about or be able to keep track of) this would actually make a half way decent action novel.

So, I finished watching all 3 seasons of True Blood the other day, and I was wondering whether I should read the books or not. I really, really enjoyed the series, so I'll rephrase that: Are the books any good? If anyone has read some of them, I'd really enjoy some feedback.

Dear /lit/,
I'm looking for the short story "The Writing of the God" by Jorge Luis Borges online. I can't find it anywhere and I have checked the sites in the stickied thread. Can someone help me out?

Is it worth sending to my Kindle?
