Do you think Edward Cullen could get more pussy than Mr. Darcy?

This is important. Also, don't even try to bring Rochester into this shit because nobody gives a fuck about his blind crippled ass.

Hey lit
I spend a large part of my day driving as per my job. I've been listening to music but I recently started getting into audio books and podcasts and I wanted to know what your recommendations are. For podcasts I listen to Uhh Yeah Dude, this american life and radiolab (I wholeheartedly recommend all of these.) For audio books I've listened to both of John Hodgman's books and Patton Oswald's book.

What should I listen to next?

ITT: Our methods for acquiring inspiration.

Mine are taking long walks listening to music, and watching particularly infuriating TV programs, and ESPECIALLY advertisements.

You, /lit/?

Have any of you had any successful runs with the Hemingway method of writing? Writing drunk and editing sober?

Let's discuss what we think about which narrative point of view works best for what.

For instance, I just started American Psycho for the second time and I must say this great book would be utter shit if it was written in any other POV.

Pic unrelated.

Dead in love.

“Frank, will you bring in the shopping?, I’m fecked if I’m bringing in them spuds. I got this papercut in town...”.
“Two secs.”
“....”
“Anne?”
“ANNE?”

I looked out the kitchen window, partly blinded by the setting sun. The car boot was open. No sign of Anne. She’s wasn’t one for playing games, messing with people’s heads. She wouldn’t do it.
The glass patio door shattered....

Continue the story.... (Anne is now a zombie)

So I recently finished reading Looking For Alaska by John Green. I loved that book so much, so do you have any suggestions on books that are kind of like it?
I.e about Love, drama, loss.
Thank you
