First time posting in this board, altough i've lurked for some months here.
I live about 4 kmts away from my University, and I usually go there by car, but I'm looking for some less pollutant and cheaper way of transportation. I have ride my bike there some times, but I'm always afraid that someone steal my bike (one time someone stole the brakes and gear...). I was thinking in making a longobard, or buying a cheap one, but I have no idea if buying pieces and making one is cheaper than buying one... and no idea where to find that stuff too =/ The place where I live is pretty "horizontal" (eurofag, btw) so it would be a really nice transportation, and I have a place where I can keep my longboard safe at University. Any thoughts /n/?
