The problem with anime is, no matter what genre you're watching, you always see the same stupid characters just in different clothes/timeline/hair color >_>

I'm 4th generation Japanese-American. I have barely any semblance of cultural heritage besides I eat rice with EVERYTHING, my last name, and my Epicanthic fold. I got j-town here in Los Angeles and try to assimilate myself, but I feel so alien, even though I look the part. People talk to me in Japanese and I disparately try to decode what they are trying to say to fill some kind of cultural hole in my being. I try to play it off like I can understand but just can't form sentences. Often times I miss major parts in their speech and just make a fool of myself This is probably why I'm addicted to 4chan. I would classify myself more along as a weeaboo even though I am Japanese by blood. To cling to some remote heritage many lineages down my family tree which I was never brought up on

I have 3 screens. 2x 1280x1024 1x 1920x1080 They all use DVI. How do I plug them into the 6870 to make then work at the same time? 6870 has: Single-link DVI + Dual-link DVI 1x HDMI 2x Mini-DisplayPort Pic related, my card.
I.Love.Roxy !Mckee.pjj.
>>17279174 The DisplayPort itself provides enough power, so they shouldn't require any extra cables or plugs. Pic is of the XFX adapter.

>>17279224 but is it an active adapter? The word active means it transcodes the signal. The regular adapters are very inexpensive while the active adapters can be as much as $100.

assuming none of your monitor doesn't have displayport and that you want to go the cheapest route: hook 2 monitors up via DVI and get an active displayport to VGA cable (this will set you back ~20 dollars) and since it's actively converting from display port to VGA it won't be as shit as native VGA.

>>17279293 Yea it's active, says on the packaging, but I just noticed that one's only single link DVI. It'll still support 1080p tho.

Surely the 1080p screen supports HDMI, so you don't need an adapter?

Sorry for the idiotic question here: I'm new to programming and I'm using Terminal (yes, macfag). How do you go down a line to type in a new command without executing the first command? As in>>>print 'x' >>>print 'y' x y Or something like that. pic unrelated

The show can be kind of fun to watch, since there can be some fairly crazy features. Otherwise, it's usually pretty annoying and typical Channel 5.
